Property and casualty insurance firm Chubb has introduced its enhanced cargo insurance product for importers and exporters in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
The new offering, dubbed Chubb Cargo Plus, provides a number of coverage for both international and domestic cargo movements, according to media-outreach.

The firm noted that its new Chubb cargo insurance offers major benefits such as debris removal options up to $1m; exhibition and display cover of up to $250,000; air freight replacement for imports up to $100,000; tools of trade cover of up to $25,000; and resecuring costs and expenses cover of up to $5,000.
Additionally, customers will get access to CargoAdvantage, the company’s web-based system that deliver a cargo insurance certificate for an international shipment within minutes.
