Scottish Life, a division of Royal London
Group, has announced introduction of new business illustrations for
advisers, in the lead up to the implementation of the Retail
Distribution Review (RDR).
Advisers can now obtain ‘RDR ready’
illustrations for the provider’s individual pensions and group
pensions through Scottish Life’s online service or from the
National Support Unit.

Ewan Smith, managing director of Scottish Life
said: “Now we’re launching a comprehensive range of remuneration
options, for adviser charging and for consultancy charging to
provide further support to advisers.”
Advisers will be able to identify the
remuneration options which best match with their clients’
requirements and their business models.
Smith added: “We’re continuing to work with
the main industry portals to ensure that RDR ready illustrations
are available in line with their plans.”
