2) The $1.55bn private equity deal with Athene Holding by Apollo Global Management
3) Napean Opportunities and WP Honey Wheat lnvestment’s $640m private equity deal with SBI General InsuranceLimited
4) The $500m private equity deal with Constellation Insurance Holdings by Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan
5) Tiberius Acquisition’s acquisition of International General Insurance Holdings for $398m.
