Hub International, a global insurance brokerage company, has taken over the assets of The Clements Agency and its wholly-owned subsidiary Flagstaff Insurance for an undisclosed sum.
Clements and Flagstaff have offices in the Tucson, Scottsdale and Flagstaff cities in Arizona, US.

Together, Clements and Flagstaff are a full-service, independent insurance agency providing commercial and personal insurance products to customers.
As part of the deal, the firms’ owners Jack Clements, Jim Clements and Sean Clements will move to Hub Southwest.

Headquartered in Illinois, Hub employs more than 12,000 people and has offices located throughout North America.
