Nordic non-life insurance company Tryg has extended its partnership with Indian IT giant Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to accelerate its digital transformation journey.
As part of the expanded partnership, TCS will be responsible to help Tryg to adopt a future-ready technology stack and IT operating model.
The tech vendor will also enable the insurer to launch a future-proof hybrid cloud architecture that will leverage its Enterprise Cloud platform.
The company will also provide Machine First Delivery Model (MFDM) model, powered byignioAIOps to help the insurer transform its IT operations.
The new IT operating model is expected to scale up the availability of the company’s critical customer-facing business applications, improve its operational resilience, and enhance end-user experience.
Additionally, this model will accelerate the adoption of Agile and DevOps throughout the organisation. This is expected to help Tryg better respond to the shifting customer preferences, speed to market, and adaptability.
