Under the partnership, Sapiens will integrate its workers’ compensation offerings ‘Sapiens CoreSuite’ and ‘Sapiens Go’ with Gradient’s AI solutions.
The integration will provide predictive insights on the Workers’ Compensation underwriting and claims processes.
The company claims that predictive underwriting will help insurance companies to cut administrative costs as well as the duration of the claims handling process.
