Global distributor of specialty insurance products and services Amwins has acquired Houston-based Kilpatrick Companies.
Kilpatrick, which specialises in employee and individual benefits, will join Amwins Connect, a national general agency. Amwins Connect provides a comprehensive range of health and ancillary insurance solutions to brokers and consultants across the US.

In addition, Amwins Connect provides a diverse portfolio of insurance products and solutions across multiple lines of business as well as a number of services dedicated to supporting broker partners.
Furthermore, Amwins Connect aims to streamline carrier access to brokers and their employer groups through its ecosystem.
