Specialty insurer Mosaic Insurance has formed a partnership with WNS, a digital business process management solutions provider, to enhance its operations model.
This collaboration will focus on the insurer’s underwriting, claims support, reinsurance processing, and finance and technology services.
Under the multi-year agreement, WNS will establish digital-first operations aimed at boosting efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and strengthening Mosaic’s market position.
The partnership will also focus on generating actionable insights through improved data management and the integration of advanced analytics, supporting Mosaic’s expansion in the specialty products sector.
As a part of the agreement, WNS is tasked with setting up an automation centre of excellence to pinpoint and capitalise on automation opportunities throughout Mosaic’s business functions.
WNS has already implemented a multi-tower, multi-location process, which includes a dedicated middle-office delivery team that complements Mosaic’s internal operations centre.
