Kull said: “Anthony brings many years of leadership experience, a great track record in risk management and a deep understanding of the market. He will add further strength and capability to the international business at SiriusPoint and play a key role in further developing the group’s risk management framework.

“I am looking forward to working with Anthony as we continue to execute our growth strategy. This new appointment is further evidence that SiriusPoint’s strong performance and culture is attracting the market’s best talent.”

Last month, SiriusPoint formed a strategic partnership with Euclid Security, a managing general underwriter with a focus on security industry risks.

As part of the collaboration, SiriusPoint will act as the exclusive carrier partner for Euclid Security’s liability programme, which offers coverage for alarm and security services, as well as fire suppression protection.

Additionally, in April 2024, SiriusPoint secured a long-term capacity deal with UK-based Pen Underwriting.
