Sentry Insurance has teamed up with Aegis Professional Risk, a division of Aegis General and K2 Insurance Services (K2), to launch a new errors and omissions (E&O) programme.
This collaboration will see Sentry provide primary and excess capacity of up to $5m for a range of professionals including those in insurance services, real estate and other licensed fields.
The business written by Sentry will be on a non-admitted basis across all 50 US states.
As per the announcement, the coverage forms are designed to meet the needs of professionals in a highly litigious environment.
Distribution of this new E&O coverage will be limited to select retail and wholesale brokers.
As the sole carrier for Aegis Professional Risk’s new E&O coverage, Sentry, which ventured into the specialty market in 2022, is expanding its services.
