Stillwater Insurance, a provider of personal and commercial insurance products across the US, has selected Simplifai’s AI-driven solution for claims automation.
The deployment of Simplifai’s Claims Intake Solution will allow the insurance company to automate the handling of emails as well as attachments related to claims.
It is also set to minimise the need for manual data extraction and processing, thereby allowing employees to dedicate more time to critical and value-added tasks.
The integration of AI automation is expected to enable Stillwater Insurance to significantly reduce response times, particularly during high-demand periods.
According to Simplifai, the anticipated outcomes include cost savings, enhanced customer retention, and support for long-term business expansion.
Stillwater Insurance is Simplifai’s first US client.
