Arsenal Capital Partners, a private equity company, has entered a definitive deal to purchase Knowtion Health.
US-based Knowtion Health specialises in AI-enabled revenue cycle insurance claim resolution services.
While the terms of the transaction remain undisclosed, Sunstone Partners, the current majority owner, will continue to hold a strategic co-investment in the company.
Through its services, Knowtion Health aids hospitals and health systems in resolving insurance claims, recovering low-balance accounts, and enhancing revenue and patient experience.
The company’s service areas span coordination of benefits, clinical denials, low-balance recovery, and complex claims management, including motor vehicle accidents and workers’ compensation, as well as defence against payer audits.
Knowtion Health’s ClaimBRAIN AI platform utilises a blend of machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI with dynamic prompting.
