South Korean property and casualty insurer Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance (SFMI) has expanded its partnership with process mining platform provider Celonis to improve operational efficiency through process intelligence.

This enterprise expansion agreement leverages Celonis’ Process Intelligence platform to provide SFMI with a comprehensive view of its automobile insurance claims process.

SFMI decided to extend its collaboration with Celonis following a successful six-month pilot.
