WTW has appointed Parveen Kaur as global leader of operations, strategy execution and data to Neuron, the firm’s commercial digital trading solution.
This comes as WTW continues to bolster the scope and scale of Neuron and its capabilities.
Kaur will focus on creating a strong and agile organisation that adapts to meet the needs of the commercial lines insurance market.
In addition, she will focus on innovation, efficiency and a commitment to excellence, ensuring that Neuron delivers its digital and data solutions to clients across the globe.
She most recently served as chief customer officer for Leeds Building Society where she was responsible for customer experience.
Prior to this, Kaur was head of operations at Lloyd’s of London, partnering with the Future at Lloyd’s team to deliver the world’s most advanced digital insurance marketplace.

The platform will provide advanced cybersecurity for sharing and storage of business sensitive files.
