Insurity, a US-based company offering cloud-based insurance software, has appointed Jonathan Victor as its chief operating officer (COO).
Victor will be tasked with overseeing functions including cloud operations, customer success, enterprise security, system integrator operations and professional services.

His leadership aims to integrate and streamline Insurity’s operations, reinforcing the company’s commitment to operational excellence in the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry.
In his role as COO, Victor will lead Insurity’s system integrator (SI) partner network, enhancing customer flexibility and scalability.
His goal is to streamline the customer journey, from onboarding through cloud migration to post-go-live support, thereby accelerating customers’ return on investment (ROI) from their software solutions and market initiatives.

Victor brings considerable experience to his new position, having worked as CIO and EVP at Insurity.
His contributions to the company include managing software-as-a-service (SaaS) implementations and leading the evolution of Insurity’s cloud platforms.
Under Victor’s leadership, Insurity has grown its cloud customer base to more than 400, expanding its position as the leading cloud provider in the P&C insurance industry.
His track record includes more than 50 successful cloud migrations and customer go-lives each year.
Before joining Insurity via the Oceanwide acquisition in 2015, Victor was the COO at Oceanwide, where he scaled operations and spearheaded customer-focused initiatives.
