Trucordia, a company previously known as PCF Insurance Services, has bought the insurance business of the DeLuca Agency and Denver Insurance Brokerage.  

For more than 25 years, the DeLuca Agency and Denver Insurance Brokerage has been serving both businesses and individuals.  

The insurance agency has offices in Greenwood Village, Colorado; Owings Mills, Maryland; and Draper, Utah. 

The acquisition is part of Trucordia’s growth strategy, which includes the ‘Acquire’ pillar.  

This is aimed at partnering with successful businesses to expand capacity and enhance offerings.  

Trucordia is on a mission to combine more than 5,000 professionals coast to coast, creating opportunities and experiences for clients, team members and partners.

Earlier this month, Trucordia named Michael Moran as its new chief operating officer (COO).  

Last month, the company underwent a rebranding to Trucordia.  

The new name, Trucordia, is a blend of “trust” and “accord,” signifying the company’s direction. 

Trucordia’s CEO, Felix Morgan, has introduced a new business strategy in conjunction with the rebrand.  

This strategy rests on three pillars: ‘Integrate’ – optimising operations through a regional management structure; ‘Grow’ – building a unified service foundation; and ‘Acquire’ – expanding the network by acquiring high-potential businesses. 

Trucordia, located in Lindon, Utah, provides a wide range of insurance solutions including commercial and personal lines, as well as life, health and employee benefits coverage.
