Insurance brokerage acquisition platform Afore Insurance Services has established its mid-Atlantic regional hub through the addition of BCA Insurance Group.  

New Jersey’s BCA Insurance Group will retain its current name and leadership.  

All its employees will remain in their current positions and continue catering to clients from the company’s offices in Northfield and Marlton, New Jersey.  

The deal’s other aspects were not shared. 

BCA Insurance is a retail insurance agency that provides a range of products and services.  

The company offers commercial and personal property and casualty insurance, surety bonds and consulting services across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, as well as the surrounding mid-Atlantic states.

BCA principal Nick Cashan hinted at the synergies between the companies, saying they have “shared goals and values”, while executive vice-president Larry Cohen said that BCA’s local market know-how, integrated with Afore’s national resources, will support the delivery of customised solutions.
