FM CEO and chairman Malcolm Roberts said: “Lyndon brings extensive operations and management experience with FM, including senior operations roles in all of our key disciplines and geographic regions. He is the perfect fit to lead our staff insurance operations team and ensure we continue delivering best-in-class services for our clients to manage current and future risks.”

Last month, FM announced a $400m resilience credit, aimed at assisting clients in investing in climate resilience measures.

This credit marks the third of its kind, bringing the total offered to more than $1bn since the programme began in 2022.

The initiative is part of FM’s response to the growing frequency of extreme weather events such as the catastrophic hurricanes in the south-eastern US.
