Verlingue, part of the Adelaïde Group, has acquired Swiss insurance broker ProConseils Solutions for an undisclosed sum.

ProConseils Solutions, said to be a major broker in French-speaking Switzerland, has three offices in the Canton of Vaud. Established in 2003, the business serves more than 1,500 companies, around 150 local authorities and 30 medico-social establishments. 

This deal aligns with Verlingue’s Better Future 28 plan, which is designed to enhance the company’s European footprint and increase its territorial reach.  

Verlingue will support Adelaïde Group’s goal of becoming the leading family owned insurance broker in Europe by 2028.
