Michigan, US-based Highstreet Insurance Partners has strengthened its national foothold with the purchase of Winder Insurance Center for an undisclosed sum.
Highstreet’s acquisition of Georgia-headquartered Winder adds an office with focus on business and personal insurance offerings.
Winder also specialises in managing commercial real estate, professional and contractor risks.
