Skyla Insurance Services, part of Skyla Credit Union, has acquired Policyline Insurance for an undisclosed sum.
Policyline is headquartered in Cornelius, North Carolina, US.
The company has been providing health, dental, vision and Medicare plans in the Charlotte, North Carolina, region for more than two decades.
The acquisition offers an expanded product range for Skyla Credit Union’s members and sponsor companies.
Policyline employees will move to Skyla Insurance Services as a result of the deal.
“Their expertise in designing employee benefit plans that attract and retain top talent while aligning with budget targets complements Skyla’s offerings,” Skyla Credit Union stated in a press release.
