Global insurance brokerage Arthur J. Gallagher has acquired Case Group, an employee and health benefits brokerage and consulting company based in São Paulo, Brazil.  

The Case Group team will continue to operate from its current location, with the existing team led by Rafael Motta working under Luiz Araripe, country manager of Gallagher’s operations in Brazil.

Earlier this month, Gallagher acquired Agilis Partners, an investment and retirement plan consultancy based in Waltham, Massachusetts, US.  

Agilis is known for providing tailored risk management services to its institutional clients and operates offices in greater Boston, New York and Denver. 

Earlier this month, Gallagher purchased the New York-based Dominick Falcone Agency and W K Webster.  

Falcone provides property/casualty insurance products to commercial and personal lines clients, primarily in central New York.  

W K Webster specialises in marine and transit claims management.  

With headquarters in London and offices in Singapore, the US and the Netherlands, W K Webster delivers services to insurers and self-insured corporations globally. 

Headquartered in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, Arthur J. Gallagher operates in roughly 130 countries through a network of owned operations and correspondent brokers and consultants.  

In December 2024, the company agreed to acquire AssuredPartners for approximately $13.45bn.  

This transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and standard closing conditions. Gallagher expects to fund this acquisition with $8.5bn of cash.
