Philippines-based insurer Pioneer Insurance and Surety has chosen Sapiens International’s insurance platform to spearhead its digital transformation efforts.  

The AI-based Sapiens Insurance Platform is aimed at upgrading Pioneer’s operational capabilities and digitalisation.  

The initiative is expected to improve core processes and fulfil market demands through enhanced technology.

Last month, Sapiens updated its automated underwriting and new business case management system, known as UnderwritingPro v14.  

This enhancement focuses on increasing operational efficiency and integrating AI to aid underwriting decisions.  

The new version includes features that utilise predictive analytics and data-driven insights, aiming to enhance the speed and accuracy of underwriting processes.
