US-based insurer King Risk Partners has strengthened its national footprint with the purchase of health insurer Ricky Credille Insurance.

Financial details of the acquisition remain undisclosed.

Ricky Credille Insurance, with a 25-year history in health insurance, operates from Belmont and Tupelo, Mississippi. It focuses on Medicare, health and life insurance.

The family-owned independent agency serves clients across the south-east region, including Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi and Tennessee.

King Risk Partners CEO Malcolm King said: “We are delighted to welcome Ricky Credille Insurance to the King Risk Partners family. Their outstanding reputation, deep subject expertise and strong client relationships align seamlessly with our strategy of growth through partnerships with well-established agencies. This acquisition not only expands our presence into Mississippi but also bolsters our ability to deliver exceptional Medicare, health and life insurance services to our clients.”

Ricky Credille Insurance principals Jeff and Randy Credille said: “We are thrilled to partner with King Risk Partners. Our commitment to outstanding customer service has always been at the heart of what we do. This partnership allows us to enhance our personal and business insurance offerings while maintaining the high standards of quality and client satisfaction that our customers trust.”

The latest deal continues King Risk Partners’ buying spree.

Earlier this month, the company acquired the Insurance Center, an independent agency in Warwick, Rhode Island.

Last month, King Risk Partners took over the Barker, Beck, Collins & Kronauge Agency (BBC&K), headquartered in Dayton, Ohio.

As mentioned on its website, King Risk Partners’ portfolio of services encompasses business, home, auto, life and aviation insurance.
