Property and casualty (P&C) insurtech company n2uitive has launched two AI tools aimed at optimising the claims documentation process for insurance organisations.

These tools, AI SummaryAssist and 1st Draft Transcripts, are part of n2uitive’s recorded statement management solution and are said to have improved adjuster productivity by 30% during initial tests.

The AI-driven features support claims conversations, enabling a uniform approach for the quick retrieval of information from recorded statements.

The development process for these tools involved over a year of work, with direct input from several client beta testers.

AI SummaryAssist is designed to create structured summaries of recorded statements, providing adjusters with access to the critical details of a claim.

This tool reduces the time adjusters spend documenting recorded statements by up to 30 minutes per statement, eliminating the need for notetaking during or after calls.

The transcripts tool generates transcripts for every recorded statement, making the text searchable and enabling adjusters to locate information, identify inconsistencies and gain insights.

n2uitive CEO Joel Gendelman said: “We are helping evolve the industry we have served for nearly 20 years to work smarter, faster and more cost-effectively without requiring new workflows or exhaustive training. SummaryAssistTM and 1st Draft Transcripts are designed for simple implementation and deliver immediate impact by eliminating the need for manual statement summaries and allowing adjusters to focus on their primary jobs – delivering value by consistently and accurately resolving claims.

“Our new features enable data access and statement searchability, which powers more informed decisions and deeper insights. For P&C insurers looking to leverage AI effectively, this solution delivers unparalleled clarity and utility in streamlining claims operations – a rare example of AI technology that offers immediate, tangible returns.”

Established in 2006 and based in Seattle, n2uitive specialises in converting recorded statements into actionable data insights for the P&C insurance claims sector.
