Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 17.21% in July 2021, a 61.54% rise from June 2021.

Europe drives IT hiring at Allianz

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global insurance IT hiring activity in July 2021 with an 88.52% share, which marked a 14.89% growth over the previous month.

North America stood next with 9.02%, registering an 8.33% month-on-month decline. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 2.46% share and a flat growth over June 2021.

Germany commanded a leading presence in the region’s insurance industry IT hiring activity with a 59.84% share in July 2021, a 23.73% growth over June 2021. Spain featured next with a 9.02% share, down 8.33% over the previous month. France recorded an 8.2% share, decline of 16.67% compared with June 2021.

Junior Level jobs lead Allianz IT hiring activity in July 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 69.67%, down by 8.6% from June 2021. Mid Level positions with an 18.85% share, a growth of 109.09% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 9.02% share, up 175% over June 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 2.46%, recording a month-on-month increase of 200%.
