Europe drives IT hiring at Allianz

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global insurance IT hiring activity in June 2021 with an 85.85% share, which marked a 2.25% growth over the previous month.

North America stood next with 11.32%, registering a 33.33% month-on-month growth. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 2.83% share and a 50% growth over May 2021.

Germany commanded a leading presence in the region’s insurance industry IT hiring activity with a 55.66% share in June 2021, a 9.26% growth over May 2021. France featured next with an 11.32% share, flat growth over the previous month.Spain recorded an 8.49% share, an increase of 50% compared with May 2021.

Junior Level jobs lead Allianz IT hiring activity in June 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 84.91%, up by 16.88% from May 2021. Mid Level positions with a 10.38% share, a decline of 42.11% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 3.77% share, flat growth over May 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.94%, recording a month-on-month an flat growth.
