The industry’s overall hiring decreased by 4.88% in June 2021 compared with May 2021.
Out of the insurance industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed an 8.17% share in June 2021, recording an increase of 0.94% over the last three-month average share.

Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 96.43% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of France insurance industry in June 2021.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 41.18% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of France insurance industry during June 2021 over May 2021.
AXA posted 36 IT jobs in June 2021 and registered a rise of 157.14% over the previous month, followed by Equitable with 36 jobs and a 56.52% growth. Allianz with 12 IT jobs and Confederation Nationale du Credit Mutuel with 6 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a 25% decline, respectively, while APRIL Group recorded a 45.45% decline with 6 job postings during June 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in June 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 84.82%, up by 55.74% from May 2021. Mid Level positions with an 8.04% share, a decline of 40% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 5.36% share, up 50% over May 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 1.79%, recording a month-on-month an flat growth.
