The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 8% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Philippines insurance industry during June 2021 over May 2021.
Manulife Financial posted 55 IT jobs in June 2021 and registered a rise of 57.14% over the previous month, followed by Willis Towers Watson with 12 jobs and a 33.33% drop. UnitedHealth Group with 7 IT jobs and QBE Insurance Group with 5 jobs, recorded a 58.82% drop and a flat growth, respectively, while AIA Group recorded a flat growth with 2 job postings during June 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in June 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 79.52%, up by 4.76% from May 2021. Entry Level positions with a 12.05% share, a growth of 11.11% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with 8.43% share, flat growth over May 2021.
