Out of the total IT job titles posted by Willis Towers Watson, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 45.31% in July 2021, and a 58.87% drop over June 2021, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 33.59% in July 2021, and registered a 40.28% decline. Computer Support Specialists held a share of 8.59% in July 2021, a 26.67% drop from June 2021.

Europe stood next with 22.66%, registering a 59.15% month-on-month decline. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 21.09% share and a 12.9% drop over June 2021.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 9.38% and a month-on-month decline of 45.45%.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s insurance industry IT hiring activity with a 45.31% share in July 2021, a 52.46% decline over June 2021. the UK featured next with a 21.09% share, down 57.14% over the previous month.Philippines recorded a 12.5% share, an increase of 14.29% compared with June 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead Willis Towers Watson IT hiring activity in July 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 82.03%, down by 46.97% from June 2021. Mid Level positions with an 11.72% share, a decline of 54.55% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 6.25% share, down 61.9% over June 2021.
