
UK-based insurance broker Tysers has launched a new cloud-based platform for platform the digital transformation of its business.
Dubbed Tconnect, the is a cross-functional, designed to consolidate processes and automate the end-to-end life cycle of a policy.
Apart from digitally transforming the business, Tysers also expects the platform to improve operational efficiencies and accelerate the growth of the business.
Tconnect links back and front office functions to offer clients with ‘efficient, accurate and faster service’.
It will provide automated sanctions checking, task and query management workflow, contract certainty checks, as well as centralised governance and valuable management information, Tysers added.
It has been developed in-house and connects directly with Tysers’ existing IBA systems and services.
