Alliance Group International has broadened its European footprint with the establishment of its new subsidiary, CGL Alliance, which has obtained an insurance intermediary licence in Germany.
This development aligns with Alliance’s expansion in the European insurance sector.
CGL Alliance, a fully owned unit of Alliance Group International, is now authorised to mediate insurance products in Europe, adhering to local regulatory standards.
The Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, situated at Adolphsplatz 1 in Hamburg, serves as the supervisory authority for CGL Alliance.
This ensures that the subsidiary’s operations are in line with German legal requirements.
Initially, CGL Alliance will concentrate on delivering specialised insurance intermediation services within Europe.
