
The Camps Group will join Alliant’s employee benefits group to further expand the company’s growing Northeast presence, as per the terms of the deal.
Alliant chairman and CEO Tom Corbett said: "The Camps Group brings a diverse client roster, strong New York presence, talented team, and proven track record of delivering value-laden employee benefits products and services.
"This strategic acquisition will strengthen Alliant’s employee benefits practice as we continue to expand our geographical reach and client base."
Jay Vogel and Don Rapaport, who spearheads the Camps Group, will join Alliant as vice-presidents.
Vogel said that the partnership will enable the company to further enhance its proven brand of proactive service, cost savings, and cutting-edge technologies.
