Allianz Insurance has launched Allianz Claims Hub, a digital platform for brokers and motor fleet customers to report Motor Fleet claims and track all types of motor claims.
Allianz Notify, the claims app launched by the company, enables fleet drivers to quickly and easily report their own claims.
The Allianz Claims Hub is designed to provide secure and convenient end-to-end claims notification and tracking to brokers and fleet managers
It allows brokers and customers to notify motor fleet claims 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through dynamic question set.
Furthermore, the users can upload supporting documents and images securely and swiftly using the portal.
The users will able to check the status of commercial motor claims such as motor fleet and motor trade road risk claims using Allianz Claims Hub’s self-service claims tracking facility.
In addition, the access to relevant financial information including reserves and payments, and details of instructed third parties such as solicitors and vehicle repairers is provided by the portal.
If a vehicle repair is being carried out by an Allianz Approved Repairer, the tracking tool will also provide updated information about the status of that repair, the company stated.
According to the company, using Allianz Notify App drivers will be able to make a claim in three – five minutes.
