Allianz Partners USA has expanded its digital offerings with the introduction of the Allyz TravelSmart app to provide travellers with insurance benefits and advice.  

The new app replaces the previous Allianz TravelSmart app, delivering a range of services to all travellers, with additional features exclusively for Allianz Global Assistance customers.  

It includes a geolocation-based hospital finder, a medical term translator, a medication dictionary and local emergency numbers.  

It also provides safety and security alerts, as well as a trip organiser with flight tracking capabilities. 

For Allianz Global Assistance policyholders, the app, which is free to download and use, offers enhanced functionality.  

These users can manage their insurance plans, file claims, access frequently asked questions, and reach customer service and travel assistance with a single tap.  

The platform also allows Allianz business partners to integrate a variety of products and services into their digital ecosystems, enhancing their customer offerings. 

Allianz Partners USA is part of the Allianz Partners group, a business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) insurance and assistance provider.  

The B2B2C company provides a range of solutions including international health and life, travel insurance, mobility and assistance services.  

In addition to travel protection, Allianz Partners USA offers event ticket protection, registration protection for endurance events, and travel assistance services such as international medical assistance and concierge services.
