AmeriLife Group has entered into a marketing partnership with Stephens-Matthews Marketing to expand its distribution reach in fulfilling pre-retirees and retirees requirements.
Stephens-Matthews, which is headquartered in Beverly, Ohio delivers health, life and ancillary insurance products and marketing services to agents through its 49-state network in the US.

As a part of the agreement, AmeriLife also acquired a majority stake in Stephens-Matthews.
Stephens-Matthews’ founder Dave Stephens will now own a minority interest in the company. He will continue to head the team under the brand of Stephens-Matthews.
