R.K. Henshall & Co., a certified insurance broker, has agreed to be acquired by Ardonagh Advisory.
The broker was founded in 1976 and is headquartered in Sandbach, Cheshire. It currently employs 35 people.

Directors John Henshall and Allen Simpson will stay in the company after it has concluded, pending regulatory permission. Henshall will continue to serve as the company’s manager and report to Stephen Boyd, the managing director of advisory Insurance Brokers in the North.
Ardonagh Advisory is a £1bn+ GWP UK broker with over 2,600 employees nationwide. It offers a diverse range of insurance-related products and services across the full insurance value chain, collaborating with insurer partners to deliver comprehensive product and risk solutions.
