Ardonagh Advisory Broking Holdings, the small and medium-sized enterprise broking platform of the Ardonagh Group, has agreed to acquire Rowett Insurance Broking in the UK.
Rowett offers a variety of insurance products including both commercial and personal lines from its UK offices in St Austell, Plymouth and Darlington.

Its subsidiary, AGRi Insurance Facilities, focuses on wholesale agricultural insurance.
Glyn Rowett, the founder and managing director of Rowett, will continue with the company.
He will be joined by staff members including directors Matthew Nile and Gareth Rowett.

Its expertise spans commercial motor, property, liability and business insurances.
It also offers a range of covers, from car and house insurance to travel and vehicle breakdown cover.
