
UK-based chartered insurance broker Aston Lark has acquired ES Risks for an undisclosed sum.
ES Risk provides tailored wholesale insurance and reinsurance solutions to brokers, managing general agents, insurers, and reinsurers.
Founded in 2007, the acquired firm is based in London and covers all classes of business.
With a team of 45 experts, the insurer provides its services across 20 countries.
Goldman Sachs-backed Aston Lark aims to grow business and strengthen its position in the UK and Irish markets with this acquisition.

Last month, Aston Lark acquired Premier Insurance Consultants, which marked its 15th acquisition in 2021.
It was followed by the acquisition of Dublin-based home and car insurance provider, McMahon Galvin.
In May, it acquired Veritan Consultants, which trades as Brady Burns & Associates. In April, DNA Insurance Services was acquired by Aston Lark and it agreed to purchase DO’Loughlin & Co too.
