Goldman Sachs-backed Aston Lark has acquired UK-based Essex Insurance Brokers to augment film and visual arts insurance capabilities.
The financial value of the deal has not been disclosed.
Founded in 1964, the acquired firm caters to both personal and business clients across the country.
Essex Insurance Brokers specialises in the film and visual arts insurance sector and offers business, personal, and motor insurance.
Aston Lark noted that the acquisition of Essex Insurance Brokers, which has a combined premium income of over £550m, will enhance the capabilities of its performance film & media brand.
The deal follows the acquisition of Plester Group, which happened last week.
