mea platform has announced the expansion and renewal of its strategic partnership with AXIS, a specialty insurance company.
Through the partnership, AXIS will expand its use of mea’s generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) to deliver operational efficiencies while enhancing the speed and service that it provides to its customers.
Furthermore, by using mea’s GenAI-powered global solution, AXIS will be able to simplify processes by automating essential activities in submission clearance. This partnership will reduce the need for manual processes and workarounds, decreasing the time and resource traditionally required to manage in-bound submission flow.
Previously, AXIS had utilised mea’s Gen-AI across new business submissions.
“At AXIS we are focused on leveraging the transformative power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve outcomes for customers, business partners, teammates, and shareholders,” said Steve Lord, global chief information officer at AXIS. “The renewal and expansion of our partnership with mea platform enables us to further enhance how we support our customers.”
“We are thrilled to renew and significantly extend our partnership with AXIS,” said Martin Henley, CEO at mea platform. “This agreement reinforces our shared commitment to making innovative technologies actually work for insurers and drive meaningful long-term benefits. We remain committed to delivering transformative solutions and exceeding client expectations year on year.”
