Vineet Patni has reportedly been appointed chief distribution officer of Bharti AXA Life.
Prior to his appointment, Patni was head of insurance business and consumer product development at The Commercial International Bank and was based in Egypt.

He was also a board member and chairperson of the audit committee for Commercial International Life Insurance, a joint venture between Legal & General, and Commercial International Bank.
Bharti AXA Life began operations in 2006. The joint venture has a 74% stake from Bharti and 26% stake from AXA Asia Pacific Holdings.
