BRP Group has collaborated with Nasdaq to provide tailored directors and officers( D&O) liability insurance programmes and solutions for companies listed on the stock exchange.

BRP Group will offer the services through its US-based subsidiary AHT Insurance, which specialises in providing D&O liability insurance.

It has created exclusive programmes for Nasdaq Stock Market listed companies, IPOs, and SPACs, that combine corporate governance initiatives and captive insurance risk transfer solutions.

BRP Group CEO Trevor Baldwin said: “We’re thrilled about our new collaboration with Nasdaq. BRP Group and AHT have deep expertise and experience in providing solutions that can meet the needs of the high-growth companies on The Nasdaq Stock Market.”

AHT national management liability practice leader Mike Tomasulo added: “D&O Insurance has become a major budget item for public companies, especially IPOs & SPACs.

“We understand that companies are looking for new and creative solutions to help them manage these increasing costs while also securing best in class coverage.”

Earlier this week BRP Group’s indirect subsidiaries Baldwin Krystyn Sherman Partners (BKS Partners) and Millennial Specialty Insurance, (MSI) agreed to acquire RogersGray.

BRP noted that RogersGray, with approximately $38.8m annual revenue, represents its largest announced deal in 2021.

In December 2020, BRP agreed to acquire Burnham Benefits Insurance Services (BBIS) and Burnham Gibson Wealth Advisors (BGWA).
