CITA Insurance Services, a division of Brown & Brown Program Insurance Services, and Ascot Insurance have launched a new E&O insurance programme for real estate agents and brokers nationwide.

The professional liability coverage provided by the programme is tailored to meet the risk management needs of individual agents, brokers and small companies with annual revenues up to $4m nationwide and up to $6m in California.

The product is designed to be inclusive, catering to professionals engaged in residential and commercial real estate sales, leasing and services, with a particular focus on residential revenue.

The programme offers customisable insurance solutions and a personal protection endorsement designed specifically for insured real estate agents.
