The County Group, part of Global Risk Partners (GRP), has acquired Britannia Consultants Services for an undisclosed sum.

The acquired company, which has an experience of over 10 years, offers commercial lines insurance.

Following the acquisition, Britannia staff will remain with the firm at their current office and the business will continue to operate under Britannia brand.

This deal is County’s second acquisition this year. Earlier this week, the company acquired Worcesters hire-based broker CJN Insurance Services.
