US-based Crawford has launched a new software-as-a-service (SaaS) to optimise efficiency in estimate management and insurance claims processing.

The new offering, called Asservio, is an automated and digitised platform designed to increase the efficiency of the estimating process and upgrade the estimating quality assurance process. 

Crawford claims that its new offering can improve process efficiency by 25% or more in comparison to the traditional manual processes.

It leverages smart rules engine to achieve such results.

Additionally, insurance carriers can also customise estimating rules as per their requirement. 

Crawford CEO Rohit Verma said: “Asservio marks yet another digitally-enabled innovation that exemplifies Crawford’s focus on reimagining and simplifying the claims ecosystem.”
