Digital risk processing platform Cytora has partnered with PriceHubble to enable insurers to utilise insight from the largest proprietary real estate database in Europe.
It will combine PriceHubble’s suite of data and insights on Cytora’s platform. This can include valuations, market analyses, value forecasts, building simulations or energy performance insights.
As a result, underwriters are able to assess the risks linked to specific properties or portfolios, understand potential vulnerabilities and adjust their strategies to mitigate them. This will enable more comprehensive risk evaluation and faster, better decision-making.
Juan de Castro, COO at Cytora, said: “By joining forces with PriceHubble, we are going to be able to bring a new level of precision and depth to real estate data for insurers. This will empower our clients with unmatched insights, revolutionising how they assess and manage property risk, and enhancing their competitive edge. Partnerships like this are helping Cytora to deliver a new benchmark for data-driven decision-making in the insurance industry.”
Mark Cunningham, managing director of PriceHubble UK, added: “By combining our intelligence with Cytora’s advanced platform, we are thrilled to offer insurers unprecedented access to deeper, more accurate real estate insights. This collaboration will drive smarter decision-making by redefining real estate data for the insurance industry.”
In September 2024, Cytora partnered with Mitiga, a provider of science-based climate risk intelligence.

EarthScan is Mitiga’s on-demand climate risk analysis platform. It leverages data modelling, machine learning and state-of-the-art climate science to help companies analyse, report and act on their exposure to risks such as flooding, drought and extreme temperatures, across different climate scenarios and decades-long timeframes.
