DUAL North America has appointed Andreas Graham as executive vice-president of the EIURS division and Ed Frey as senior vice-president of Professional Liability. 

Graham, based in Boston, is set to lead the EIURS team, which focuses on middle market energy casualty, ocean marine and inland marine underwriting.

With more than 20 years of experience, Graham’s background in marine and energy risks includes his most recent role as head of Excess Casualty National Accounts at Everest Insurance. 

Graham previously held senior roles at companies such as AIG, ACE USA and ProSight Specialty.  

Based in Chicago, Frey’s responsibilities will include managing DUAL’s professional liability portfolio and leading initiatives to explore new market opportunities.  

With more than 20 years of experience, his most recent position was director of Underwriting at Navigators, where he was instrumental in developing and executing professional liability programmes.

Both Graham and Frey will report to Connie Germano, chief casualty officer at DUAL North America. 

Larry Baldino, president of Cyber, who has been leading the professional liability division for the past few years, will now dedicate his full attention to managing DUAL’s cyber business as part of this transition.

Last month, DUAL North America promoted Darren Wiltshire to the role of chief financial officer. Wiltshire, who previously served as executive vice-president, will now oversee the financial operations of the company.
