Professional services company Genpact has joined forces with Donegal Insurance Group, aiming to make its commercial lines underwriting operations more efficient.
This collaboration leverages Guidewire Software, a platform aimed at streamlining processes for property and casualty (P&C) insurers, to improve user and customer experiences, streamline processes and reduce costs.

It is set to deliver significant improvements in underwriting efficiency, including increased underwriting availability and higher straight-through processing rates.
The initiative aims to drive operational efficiency by minimising manual tasks, optimising workflows and better integrating Guidewire’s applications.
Donegal Insurance Group commercial underwriting operations vice-president Ryan Bradley said: “Genpact’s deep understanding of insurance workflows and its expertise with the Guidewire platform has been instrumental in helping Donegal transform our commercial lines underwriting processes.
