Baton Rouge-Louisiana based insurer GoAuto has chosen insurance payments provider One Inc’s ClaimsPay and PremiumPay products.
This move is set to streamline GoAuto’s workflow by consolidating all payment activities into a single platform and offer an integrated payment experience for policyholders.
GoAuto provides car insurance to drivers in Louisiana, Nevada, Ohio, Texas and Alabama.
Its users will now gain access to consumer platforms such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Venmo, alongside direct payment methods.
The implementation is expected to expedite both inbound and outbound payments.
GoAuto CEO Dan Cummings said: “The decision to partner with One Inc was influenced by their capability to provide everything we needed in one place and continue our process of upgrading our operating systems to meet the growing demands of our policyholders.
